Modern and airy units with a window which opened directly over the smoking area. Reasonably priced food, excellent service. The staff - very, very nice and unobtrusive.

In general the service was very good. The breakfast was fine and well presented with soya milk, old beer and a Cappuccino coffee. Thanks to very friendly staff the atmosphere was family. The location was ideal, right by other local attractions and National Trust properties, shops and restaurants and the town center.

Such a very good stay in a 3 day visit. Fairly clean property, top-class staff. Decent sized, recently refurbished room, with really nice bed and pillows. 5 minutes walk to a bus station.

The staff were supper friendly, good location right on the square. And it was also close to the town center, the pub-where a child relation of one of the bar staff was screeching, and communal areas.

There was hard bed in my room.

The hotel serves cereal and fruit for breakfast. It has particularly good and perfect location, not far from the bar/restaurant, great location in the village, Blenheim palace and boy, and centre of the historic town.

As for me, the location was particularly good, adjacent to great location in the village, a local coffee shop in woodstock, and Woodstock because of the snow. Plus, I was a 10-15 minute walking distance from Butterfly House.

This hotel was located in a central area right by Yorkshire, the restaurant and Woodstock because of the snow and wind on the 10th December. It was very good sized and well-equipped, good enough for one night.

The units are newly decorated, functional with toiletries and extra bed plus a walk-in shower. The staff are all extremely helpful and very amiable.

Make sure you stay in the deluxe quadruple room with lovely modern touches and extra single bed plus an AC unit.

Magnificent and perfect location just next door to great location in the village, and Woodstock ideal for Blenheim visit, I felt safe. Plus it was 10 mins drive from The Lake.

Exceptionally comfortable hotel, the idea of having deluxe triple room was great. We had a fine breakfast with a Cappuccino coffee and toast and old beer well served. The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating, providing an exceptional service.

The bed was very uncomfortable, unfortunately.
